How It All Began.....

Welcome to The Parched Peddler!

​

We're Neil and Traci, and after a lifetime of serving others, we've begun an exciting new adventure together.

Neil proudly served 23 years in the U.S. Army. Over the course of his military career, he attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CW4), flew CH-47 Chinook helicopters, and served as a Test Pilot. After retiring from the Army, he spent another 15 years flying EMS helicopters locally, helping transport critically ill and injured patients to the specialized care they needed.

Traci dedicated more than 26 years as a 911 Paramedic locally, caring for our community during some of life's most difficult moments. Although shoulder injuries eventually brought that chapter to a close, she still serves as a part-time Adjunct Instructor for a Paramedic program. We now find the door opening to a new dream we can build together.

Although our careers took different paths, they shared a common purpose---serving others.

The Parched Peddler was born from a simple idea: to create a place where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy something made with care. Every detail of our vintage-inspired mobile coffee and drink trailer has been thoughtfully chosen-- from the design and decor to the drinks we'll serve-- because we want every visit to feel welcoming, memorable, and just a little special.

While our uniforms may have changed, our hearts for serving others has not.

Today, instead of responding to emergencies, we look forward to welcoming you with a smile, crafting your favorite drink, and becoming part of the communities we have been proud to serve for so many years. We hope The Parched Peddler becomes a place where everyone feels welcome-- especially our brothers and sisters in EMS, the fire service, the emergency rooms and hospitals, law enforcement, and the military, who continue the work of serving others every day.
